BRENT A. MONEY - Owner / Attorney

For seven generations, the Money family has lived in and served Hunt County. Brent, the first attorney in the family, represents businesses and individual clients in the areas of real estate, business, and probate law. 

Brent’s entire primary and secondary education was completed at Greenville Christian School, where he met his wife, Heidi. 

Brent earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Texas A&M University-Commerce and his law degree from Southern Methodist University. While commuting to law school, Brent participated in law review, mock trial and moot court teams, Christian Legal Society, the Federalist Society, represented clients in legal clinic, and worked part-time teaching and tutoring students for the LSAT and MCAT tests.  

After a brief stint in a Dallas law firm, Brent shortened his commute and began working in downtown Greenville with legendary local attorney Bob Scott. Brent served as City Attorney for Greenville and several other cities, while also representing businesses and individual clients in a variety of civil matters.  

In 2013, Brent opened Money Law Firm and narrowed his focus to real estate, business, and probate law. In 2016, Money Law Firm opened a title fee office, which quickly added multiple locations, closing over one thousand real estate transactions per year less than 4 years later. In 2022, the fee office transitioned to an independent agency named Money Law & Title, with offices in Greenville, Sulphur Springs, Emory, Prosper, Sherman, and Terrell. 

Brent and his wife, Heidi have five rowdy yet adorable children – Andrew, Adelle, Caroline, Ian, and Elliott. Whenever the kids ask what Daddy does at work all day, his answer is, “I solve people’s problems.”
