Money Law Firm is a premier real estate and probate firm. 

Brent Money began his legal career working at a prominent mid-sized Dallas firm and serving as managing partner of a small firm in Greenville that provided a wide range of legal services. 

Since he founded Money Law Firm in 2013, the focus has been on clients with business, real estate, and probate needs. Initially, the Firm focused on litigation, but over time clients requested more transactional services, and Money Law Firm developed into a trusted transactional law firm as well. 

In 2016, recognizing a need for clients to have a better title option in town, the law firm became a title fee office, providing closing services first for Capital Title and then for First American. Over the next few years, the Firm added offices in Sulphur Springs, Emory, Prosper, and Sherman, expanding its geographic footprint as clients continued to refer business throughout the northeast Texas area. 

After exactly six years as a fee office for other title companies, Money Law & Title was born, with Money Law Firm continuing to provide premier real estate and probate legal services, and Money Title providing seamless real estate transactions.
