About Us
Money Law and Title grew out of a desire to serve the community around us. Six years ago, we opened our doors in Hunt County as an attorney fee office for Capital Title of Texas, hoping to help fulfil the need for professional and streamlined real estate transactions.
Our initial promise to clients?
“We’ll always answer our phone.”
By making this simple statement and consistently living up to it, we cemented our reputation as a reliable and communicative office, and from there, we began to grow. We were lucky enough to bring on incredible escrow officers and assistants who knew the business and were ingrained in the community. Alongside them, was the full-service law office with experienced real estate attorneys who can solve almost any problem in real time. With each successful transaction, our business grew, until we made the move to join up with First American Title and opened offices to serve Hopkins and Rains Counties.
As our team grew, our knowledge and our experience deepened. We were able to provide consistently excellent service across multiple counties in Northeast Texas, including Grayson and Collin Counties. Each new office we opened we ensured was filled with staff from the area, to be as integrated into the community as possible.
In 2022, after careful and thorough consideration and with the input from key advisors and customers, we determined that the best way to continue serving our people is by becoming an independent title agency: Money Law & Title.
